It is already in your account
No new tool, no new licence to negotiate, no new place for your team to look. Sidekick moved out of beta in January 2026 and is now the main entry point to AI in monday.com (monday community).

You already run your work in monday.com. Sidekick is the AI assistant sitting inside it, with the context of your boards, docs and people. This session shows you what it actually does, where it earns its place, and how other monday customers are using it day to day.
For teams already using monday.com. No pitch, no slideware marathon, live product.
01 — what it is
monday sidekick is an AI assistant built directly into monday.com. It reads your boards, docs, items and teammates, and it can take action on them through plain conversation, inside your permissions (monday.com). That is the difference between an AI that describes work and an AI that moves it.
It sits at three levels: account-wide from the left panel, board-level from the AI star at the top of any board, and item-level on a single item or up to ten items at once for batch actions. There is a mobile app with voice as well (monday blog).
02 — why you should attend
No new tool, no new licence to negotiate, no new place for your team to look. Sidekick moved out of beta in January 2026 and is now the main entry point to AI in monday.com (monday community).
A general AI tool does not know who owns the redesign or which client is three weeks late. Sidekick does, because it reads the same boards your team updates every day.
Sidekick 3.0 can build widgets, organise sub-items, move boards between workspaces and create boards from templates through the same MCP and API layer everything else runs on (Kick Consulting).
Actions follow your permissions, AI can be switched on or off at account level, AI actions appear in the activity log, and usage runs on AI credits you can see (monday support).
Worth knowing before you join. From 1 March 2026, Sidekick Plus stays included on Enterprise, while Pro and Standard accounts get 5 free messages per seat per day with the option to increase usage (monday community). We will cover what that means for your plan on the call.
